Brick veneer and pre-cast, glass curtain wall

LOCATION
Vancouver, Washington

SITUATION
The general contractor hired Western Architectural (WA) to be part of the building design/construction team. This included working with the architect to review construction documents and specifications during the design phase.

In the construction phase, WA served as a third party overseeing the application of all wall cladding and roof system. This included air testing and mold remediation activities over the 18 months of construction.

SOLUTION
At the end of construction, WA performed a final inspection on the building envelope, and air quality clearance testing for all interior rooms. The final result showed a clean bill of health for the building.
