Design Review

Western Architectural will consult with your builder and architect as part of your design and construction team to ensure your new structure is built for maximum weather protection. As LEED certified consultants we can also help you utilize the latest advances in reusable construction materials and energy saving technologies.

Construction Inspection

When you’ve already begun costruction and have contractors working on your weather envelope, Western Architectural can serve as an objective third-party observer. We oversee and document work related to the weather envelope, giving you regular reports on whether the job is done right. We also provide certified warranty inspections for Sto and Dryvit brand EIFS and Stucco.

Condominium Conversions

Planning a conversion? Western Architectural can perform pre- and post-conversion inspections to ensure the weather envelope is intact, and help you plan for any upgrades or repairs needed during your conversion. Our certified reserve specialist can also prepare condominium maintenance manuals and reserve studies that are required by law.

Damage Inspection

Leaking roofs, windows, or foundations? Peeling siding? Moldy attics and slippery stairwells? We can conduct basic walkthroughs up to invasive investigations to determine the absolute cause, damage and risks posed by weather damage, and give you a plan of action for repairing your structure in the best, most cost-effective way. We can also provide certified warranty inspections for your Sto or Dryvit brand EIFS and Stucco.

Repair Oversight

When contractors or repairs are involved, Western Architectural can perform daily or weekly inspections, documenting work with photos and reports on your behalf, to ensure that the materials are installed per design, building code and manufacturer requirements.

Litigation Support

Western Architectural’s experienced consultation team provides independent third-party consultation and expert witness services for construction defect case mediation, arbitration and trial.
