SITUATION
The developer planning this condominium conversion hired Western Architectural (WA) to conduct a complete building condition assessment. This included a complete inspection of the entire building envelope, as well as structural system review, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sidewalks and parking areas.

SOLUTION
WA prepared a comprehensive report with recommendations for the complete conversion of the apartments to condominiums, in compliance with State of Oregon condominium conversion requirements. After the conversion was done, WA inspected the repairs on behalf of the developer to ensure the work was done correctly.
