We recommend fully analyzing the exterior envelope system (siding, roofing, etc.) as your starting point. Western Architectural will review your home’s plans, contractor project logs, and perform in-depth forensic inspections to ensure you get an objective and thorough perspective on the condition of your home’s exterior envelope.

When contractors or repairs are involved, Western Architectural can perform daily or weekly inspections, documenting work with photos and reports on your behalf to ensure that the materials are installed per design, building code and manufacturer requirements. We can also provide certified warranty inspections for your Sto or Dryvit brand EIFS and Stucco.
