Conventional stucco, natural stone and beveled cedar siding

LOCATION
Lake Oswego, Oregon

SITUATION
This customer called Western Architectural (WA) to investigate water intrusion in the attic and on the inside of some windows.

The invasive investigation identified several instances of water intrusion on the exterior of the home, where the siding system showed signs of failure.

SOLUTION
Based on the findings of the invasive investigation, WA recommended and oversaw the total removal and replacement of the failing siding systems. The replacement was made up of conventional stucco, natural stone and custom cedar siding.
